A Bloomington Fire Department Captain is facing three felony charges, after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a minor; Anne Bono will resume her position as interim director of the Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, after its CEO resigns two months in; Indiana received a letter ‘D’ grade in economic opportunities for women, for the second year in a row.

Spyridon Stratigos, better known as “Strats,” is a Bloomington institution. A restaurateur, activist, storyteller, and even a movie actor, he spoke with Michael Glab on a previous edition of Big Talk, remembering his relationships with award winning television and movie director David Anspaugh and screenwriter Angelo Pizzo.

Stephen Hale volunteers with the Bloomington Community Orchard. He talks about the connections between people and growing food, on today’s Activate—a weekly segment spotlighting people working for positive change in our community.
