David Brenneman came to Bloomington from the High Museum of Art in Atlanta where he spent two decades rising through the ranks to become that institution’s director of collections and exhibitions. He was named director of Indiana University’s Eskenazi Art Museum in the summer of 2015. Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, he has worked with top administrators from the Musée du Louvre in Paris to help that global cultural landmark institution open a branch museum in northern France. Brenneman is deeply passionate about art and life, both of which he talks about with Michael Glab on today’s edition of Big Talk.
