Bloomington resident Alex Jarvis was once known as the drummer for some of our best local rock bands, but today Jarvis is an expert on solar energy. He recently visited our studio to talk about his work with the Midwest Renewable Energy Association, how solar energy works and how the average person can use it, and how the solar industry is in the shadow of the coal lobby.
