The 42nd annual Lotus Festival wrapped up this past weekend, bringing artists from all over the world to downtown Bloomington.

WFHB Correspondent Jada Lucas spoke with Lotus Developmental Director Megan Hutchinson, about Lotus’ diversity or artists and opinions.
