Yoga with Baby, Ellettsville Branch of the Monroe County Public Library, 600 W. Temperance St., Ellettsville, IN

Yoga can be a relaxing and gentle way to take care of your body and build strength after
having a baby. This class gives you the freedom to exercise while taking care of and bonding
with your baby! Yoga sessions will be led by IU Health Bloomington Women and Children’s
Services nurses who are also yoga teachers. Stay afterward to chat with nurses and fellow
parents, or move to the Baby Space to play with your child.
