Recently, an IU senior established an online petition about Peoples Park stating that people experiencing homelessness have, “decided to make this park their home, starting fights, doing drugs, setting one another’s belongs on fire, and causing raucous 24/7.” This comes on the heels of city-wide discussion about homelessness and its effects in the downtown area.
