The task forces are tentatively slated to complete their work between March 19 and April 31, 2012. Can you help? WFHB has reached a critical step in our ongoing strategic planning initiative: the completion of research into best practices, interviews with sister stations, and a SWOT analysis by guest members of our strategic planning process. See the files attached below for:
Project Introduction - a snapshot of where we are in the process and where we're going
Scope & Timeline - a week-by-week breakdown of tasks and goals
Summary Best Practices and SWOT - an essential guide to all research done so far
Best Practices Worksheet - the raw data gathered from our best practices research (80 pages long)
Next, our twelve-member strategic planning task force will review our research and discuss formats and questions for a public survey, focus group, and public forum.
